Welcome to India on a Shoestring,
This Blog will detail my travels in India. My trip begins December 11, 2012 on a direct flight to Mumbai (BOM) from Newark airport with 2 friends, DS & MS.
Our return is May 2nd, 2013, on a flight from New Delhi to Newark. This will be almost 6 months in India, with a possibility of visiting Nepal for 2 months, either during or at the end of our journey.
This blog will be updated consistently with writings during the almost 6 months we will be abroad.
My Bags are packed, contents of packing coming in the next post, plus weight of my baggage. Current plans are to carry-on all baggage if possible.
Hopefully this blog will spark some interest in travel to India.
